There have been scientific studies performed which show that much like humans, dogs and their people become eerily similar in personality as they spend years together. Perhaps we’re drawn to dogs who enjoy comparable lifestyles to us, which can definitely jump start the process. As the last six years have gone by, I’ve found that Wynston and I are extremely similar in so many ways.
Several years back I created a bucket list for Wynston. At that time I obviously couldn’t foresee the future, but now we’ve completed all but ONE item on that list. I figured it’s time for a fresh bucket list, especially considering Wynston has at least a decade of life left!
Gosh – it’s been a while since I’ve written an update post, but you’re about to find out why! There’s been a lot going on, and the title of this post explains it. Let’s dive in because I know you all are dying to know what’s going on with us! I’ve been remaining consistent on Facebook as usual, but here are the details…
For the last two months, all of you having been finding Wynston across the USA (and Canada!) on Christmas advertising in your local PetSmart stores. It’s been amazingly fun to see my boy in SO many cities and states. I enjoyed all of the selfies and excited posts when someone new found Wynston in their store. It never got old! Now that the holidays are over, it’s time for a recap of all the places he was spotted, and I picked our random $25 PetSmart gift card winner 🙂
This is my favorite time of year. Not only do I love the holiday season but it’s finally cool enough to get outside and enjoy the weather! Perfect timing, since Wynston just got his cast off. I decided to celebrate Wynston’s cast coming off by taking him on some new adventures this weekend. He still can’t walk full distances, so our adventures were mostly in the stroller. It was a super fun weekend, nonetheless, and we got some great photos!
