There have been scientific studies performed which show that much like humans, dogs and their people become eerily similar in personality as they spend years together. Perhaps we’re drawn to dogs who enjoy comparable lifestyles to us, which can definitely jump start the process. As the last six years have gone by, I’ve found that Wynston and I are extremely similar in so many ways.
How Wynston and I are Similar
We like our personal space.
We will yell at kids to get off our lawn.
We will both ruin people’s fun if they become unruly.
We don’t like leaving the house often, but have fun when we do.
We like exploring new places.
We have a tight knit group of friends.
We enjoy nap time around 3pm.
We get grumpy easily.
We both prefer routine.
We don’t like wearing fancy clothes, but we know we rock them when we do.
We like fresh water from a water bottle.
We like our siblings, but also like them keeping their distance.
We don’t mind being alone.
We both turn on the cuteness when we want something.
We both prefer calm, well-mannered dogs to humans.
We both love bacon.
We prefer warm weather to cold, but don’t mind playing in the snow every now and then.
We both love to snuggle in lots of blankets.
