We love Zuke’s dog treats in our house. Typically I like the Z-filets because they are easy to tear, aren’t messy and don’t smell. I was excited to try the Zuke’s mini naturals because they are the perfect size for my small dogs!
Zuke’s is a Colorado based company, so their treats are made in the USA! They are also wheat, corn and soy free, which makes them an excellent healthy choice for your pampered pooch!
Khloee and Wynston tried the Zuke’s mini naturals fresh peanut butter recipe. Of course, they were a huge hit. I admit, I can’t stand the smell. When I open the bag, I make sure my nose steers clear, but my dogs love them and that’s what matters!
Zuke’s mini naturals are a perfect size for small dogs and to use as training treats. Their size allows them to be easily be poured into a treat pouch or pocket. Although I use high value treats such as sausage for agility class, these would be a great alternative. They’d also be a fantastic choice for outdoor fun and travel.
What I love about Zuke’s mini naturals:
- made in the USA
- wheat, soy and corn free
- small
- great cost for a safe, nutritional treat ($13.99/1lb)
- available in a variety of flavors
- Zuke’s donates a portion of each sale to The Dog and Cat Cancer Fund
What I don’t like:
- The smell. Gross!
Overall, I’d recommend Zuke’s mini naturals to any pet parents, just as I do the Z-filets. Zuke’s offers a very wide variety of products for your dog AND cat including joint supplement treats and dental chews!

Haley loves these and I love them because they’re so small and I can carry some in my pocket anytime we head out for a walk or adventure. I honestly don’t think dogs feel cheated if they get a small treat. I think they’re just as happy that they got “something”.

You’re absolutely right Elaine! For Wynston, I even break the treats in half…he doesn’t know the difference! I also love throwing them in my pocket!
