The Pet Community
This post is sponsored by The Pet Community, but Amanda only shares products and information that she uses and believes in.

Admit it – social media is a part of your daily life. Currently there are over 1.5 billion monthly Facebook users. Yes, you read that correctly. Billion. That makes zero sense.  With all of the social media and internet capabilities in our hands today, it’s my belief that those of us who have suffered from depression should speak out about the struggle and what helps us cope.  For me, it’s my dogs.
