Everyone knows I am a Christmas fiend. My decorations go up November 1st, and I’m always in the mood for Santa, cookies and jingle bells. But fall is by far my favorite “season.” Over the years I’ve discovered patterns in my life and the lives of my fellow dog moms to come to the conclusion that fall is the best season for dog moms. I bet a lot of you are nodding your head in agreement, but let’s talk about WHY this is the case based on my findings.
Practicing gratitude is something I do frequently, even in the most stressful of times. Since fall is pumpkin season and it starts my most favorite time of year, I thought to incorporate both thankfulness and the season into a DIY project. Although this isn’t dog specific, you can put a personal spin on it! I love this project because you can do it alone or include your family, and really personalize the final product. I hope you enjoy this DIY fall gratitude pumpkin as much as I will this year, and for years to come!
Fall is upon us! Stores are putting up their Halloween merchandise and Facebook is going crazy with everything ‘pumpkin spice’. No complaints here – I love fall! The weather is starting to cool down (we’ve had days in the high 90s!) and I can actually sit outside in the morning to enjoy my tea. As we wrap up summer, let me share some ways you can get your dogs ready for fall.
