BlogPaws changed my life. I’m seriously not even joking when I say that. If it weren’t for BlogPaws, I’d probably still be a miserable person working in the corporate world at a tiring 9-5 job. No thanks. That life is not for me, and BlogPaws helped me realize that! Now I’m a full time pet blogger and I owe it to the hard work I’ve put into blogging, thanks to the inspiration and motivation I’ve received from the BlogPaws community. Now it’s my turn to give back, and help others realize their dream.
Five Reasons to Become a Blogger
One of the best decisions I’ve ever made was to become a blogger. While I only intended to blog as a hobby, I have made blogging into a lucrative, full time career. There are many reasons to start blogging. Whether you’re writing about pets or something else, it’s a great way to share a passion of yours with the world. Here are five reasons to become a blogger:
Celebrating Our Two Year Blog-versary with a Pet Fountain #Giveaway
It’s been two years since Dog Mom Days was born. I started blogging on December 19, 2013. Little did I know that this “hobby” would turn into a full fledged career.
Within the past two years I’ve had opportunities that I never thought I’d ever come across. Instead of boring you with the story of my blog’s growth, let’s recap some of the most exciting moments!
Recap: Nashville Day 4 – Pre-Award Ceremony #BlogPaws
Today is a big day for me. It’s the last day of the official BlogPaws conference. I just got back from attending the VIP lunch sponsored by PetSafe. In a couple hours I will get myself and Wynston gussied up for the Nose-to-Nose awards and closing ceremony. What a day!
Recap: Nashville Day 3 #BlogPaws
Everyone warned the newbies that this conference would be exhausting. They were right. Honestly, it probably wouldn’t be as bad if I didn’t bring Wynston. Since he’s struggling with the crowds and overstimulation, I’ve spent a lot of time worrying about him and making sure he’s comfortable. I do think that this has been a good experience for him though. Next year since the BlogPaws conference is in Phoenix, AZ, I’ll be able to bring his stroller or leave him home for a day to rest. I’m glad I work from home so when I get back to Arizona on Sunday, I can sleep for a week straight!
