In a world of social media and a lack of true connection, I feel like people are losing sight of manners and proper etiquette. These are basic human concepts that I find to be extremely important, although it’s becoming a lost art. So in case you need a refresher (or know someone who does) for the holiday season, I present to you holiday etiquette for pet parents!
We love NomNomNow. I was introduced to the brand almost two years ago and it’s still my favorite fresh pet food delivery service. (Later I will share with you what makes them stand out among other companies). NomNomNow started as a homemade dog food delivery service but now they offer cat food, too! They make it convenient for me to order food for ALL of my kids. With NomNomNow you can get your pet on a healthier, happier diet with the convenience of delivery. Plus I’m offering 20% off for you to get started!
I cannot begin to find words which appropriately express my gratitude and appreciation for those who came forward to help me with vet bills after Wynston’s attack on November 1st. Not only did I raise $200 to cover initial expenses, but I ended up receiving enough donations to pay for a $550 vet bill which followed just days later. I personally feel like “thank you” is not enough, so I want to dedicate this blog post to the 29 donors who stepped up to assist me during such a difficult time. I list every patron’s name in this post, as my way of recognizing those who helped.
For some it may seem a bit early to think about the holidays, but let’s face it – November is here and time is going FLY by. With Thanksgiving looming just weeks in front of us, it’s time to start holiday planning. My Christmas decor is already up (and I’m proud) because I like to enjoy it before the hustle and bustle of the season commences. With that being said, I want to make Christmastime a little less stressful for you so you can truly enjoy it like I do. This year I’m introducing the 12 Days of Holiday Planning for Pet Parents. In this blog series I will help you get your ducks in a row when it comes to celebrating this time of year with your pets.
