My mom got me started on garden flags years ago. I’m not really sure when they became “a thing” but mom was always the cool person in the neighborhood. You could say she was a trend setter 😉 Mom was always finding cute garden flags on clearance here and there, and she’d pick up the occasional one for me. Matt and I didn’t have much of a front yard at our old house but I liked to use the flags anyways. They were cute and added a pop of color to a bland front entry, so why not?! We bought a new home a month ago and now that we have a gorgeous front yard I’m much more enthusiastic about outdoor decorations.
