This is pretty much the best Tuesday ever. I woke up to an email from Purina with the subject line reading “Pack your bags – Purina Better With Pets Summit in NYC.” Is this really happening?! I already have high blood pressure…give me a break! Okay, don’t. I’m going to New York!

Everybody loves puppies. They are cute, cuddly and do the funniest things that we see all over YouTube and Facebook. But how many people really take the time to think about the responsibility that comes along with adopting a puppy? Training, proper nutrition and grooming are just a few aspects of puppyhood that people forget about when they see that super fluffy adorable puppy staring at them. Well, Purina is here to help get you on the right track. They have launched an amazing virtual road map to guide people in the ways of puppyhood, whether you have just adopted a puppy or are considering it. This website will give you the customized experience you need to raise the perfect dog!

My dogs love bones. Rawhides, dental sticks and chew bones…my dogs will gnaw on them all.
Khloee and Wynston both have tiny mouths so they take a while to eat any type of bone. Rawhides last forever in my house. The only thing that gets eaten up right away is dental sticks.
Although I’ve never competed in a dog show, I absolutely LOVE to watch them! Each year I think I’m pretty well versed in dog breeds until I watch national shows…then I realize I know nothing!
