DIY 2-Ingredient Frozen Pumpkin Dog Treats

July 16, 2017 By Amanda 7 Comments

frozen pumpkin dog treats I’m crazy about pumpkin treats for my dogs. Pumpkin offers a variety of benefits for dogs’ health, so when I get the chance to use it, I do. I stay stocked up on pure pumpkin since it’s a natural digestive aid for my babies, and one day I came up with this super simple, quick DIY dog treat recipe. This delicious snack only calls for two ingredients and it takes just five minutes to prepare! My favorite DIY dog treat recipes are those which don’t require a lot of work. Although these treats take very little effort to make, your dogs will be sure to enjoy these delectable frozen pumpkin dog treats!

Frozen Pumpkin Dog Treats

frozen pumpkin dog treatsDIY frozen pumpkin dog treats are easy and quick to make. They require only two ingredients, which you probably already have in your kitchen. Frozen dog treats make for a delicious summer snack, and if you make these small enough they can be healthy training treats! As usual, all three of my babies devoured these treats, and I’m so thrilled that I have another simple recipe up my sleeve.

I love these, they’re super simple and I always give my dogs pumpkin mixed in w/ their breakfast. Phoebe really needs it to keep her “regular”. I always keep cans of 100% pure pumpkin on hand too, & I usually have plain organic yogurt around too. Thanks for sharing this, it’s perfect for Summer!
