Halloween can be a scary time for dogs. With all of the sights, smells and sounds lurking around each corner, it’s important that we make our pets feel comfortable on this frightful day. Perhaps you have kids that are trick-or-treating this year, or maybe you’re like me and will be handing out candy. Either way, wouldn’t it be nice to include our dogs in this fun event as well? Last year I handed out bags of treats to dogs who were out with their families for trick-or-treating. This year I’m stepping it up a notch. I made some adorable treat cups for the neighborhood dogs, and they are simple and easy for anyone to make!
I am so excited to announce that I’m working with an amazing group of bloggers to put on a super fantastic giveaway hop! I’m not only extremely grateful to be a part of it, but I’m also elated that we have the opportunity to give our readers the chance to win some incredible prizes!
Whether you like it or not, fall and Halloween decorations are already up in stores. I personally love it, as I’m counting down the days until I can put up my Christmas decorations! Although Halloween can be a scary holiday for your animals, one benefit of it is all of the pumpkins! But why? Pumpkin has many health benefits for dogs!
