Phew! June is already here and we have lots of travel plans this summer! Would you believe that I’m also turning 30 in July? It’s going to be a super fun, exciting next couple of months. I hope you’ll read on to see what we have planned, and join Wynston and I in our travel adventures.
Dog Mom Days Summer Travel Plans
On June 11 we are heading to San Angelo, TX again. We’ll be there for a week and a half, and so far we don’t have many plans. We’d like to visit De Nada for a second time, which is a locally owned store that sells incredible hand crafted items for people of all ages. Other than that, we plan to relax, spend time with human and dog friends, and eat delicious Texan food!
A few days after we return from Texas, we head to Las Vegas, NV for SuperZoo! This will be a first for us. Although I’ve been to Vegas before, Wynston hasn’t. It’s been years since I’ve visited because I’m not a drinker and I don’t like the crowds, so it’s not my ideal location. BUT, I’ve wanted to attend SuperZoo for years and this year’s show will be bigger and better than ever! My mom is also traveling with Wynston and I, which will be an absolute blast. Of course she’ll be lounging poolside while I work, but I can’t wait to make more memories with my mom and connections with brands! Plus, can you imagine all the fun photos I will get of Wynston there?! Oh my gosh. I can’t wait!
July Travel Plans
I turn 30 years old on July 22nd, so I’m planning something different. I’m thinking camping in Flagstaff, booking a yurt in Sedona or reserving a unique AirBnB somewhere. I haven’t exactly made the plans yet, but I know it will be a new experience for Wynston and I. We visited Sedona a couple of weeks ago and fell in love with the location all over again, so I’m leaning toward doing something there. I’m also considering the Grand Canyon. Recently I got in touch with a long lost relative who runs an inn on the south rim of the Grand Canyon, giving me an extra reason to visit! The possibilities are endless.
We are traveling via airplane to Texas, and taking a road trip to Las Vegas. Here are tips for traveling on an airplane with your dog, and a dog mom road trip checklist!
Do you and your dog(s) have any summer travel plans?

Have fun! Momma says Sedona (and the Grand Canyon) are both really pretty!
