Traveling is an activity that I’ve always enjoyed, but I’ve never been over-the-top excited to go out of my way to do it. It can potentially be expensive, exhausting and stressful. However, 2017 was a tough year for me, and recently I decided I wanted to get out of my comfort zone and expand my horizons. I started doing so by traveling with Wynston – just he and I. Through our experiences, I’ve learned that traveling can take on a whole new dynamic if you bring a companion pet. Traveling with a dog has proven to be mentally and emotionally beneficial not only for me but also for those around me. Here’s what I’ve learned from traveling with Wynston.
2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport: The Perfect Dog Mom Mobile!
Being a Millennial, when I hear “Mitsubishi” the first cars that come to mind are the Lancer and Eclipse. I mean, hello?! The Fast and the Furious anyone? I’ll be honest – until I tested out the 2018 Outlander Sport, the Fast and Furious movies were the extent of what I knew about anything Mitsubishi.
When I was granted the opportunity to drive the Outlander Sport for 10 days, I was extremely curious and excited. I had so many questions about Mitsubishi. Although I have extensive car knowledge, there are brands that I really don’t know anything about. Then it happened; the beautiful car showed up in my driveway and it was love at first sight! My friends, the 2018 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport is the perfect dog mom mobile, and I’m thrilled to share my experience with you.
The Dog-Friendly Staybridge Suites in Irving, TX!
I have a newfound love for IHG Hotels. The dog-friendliness and superior customer service of the hotel chain have shamelessly turned me into one of those “I will only stay at these hotels” people. Throw in a full kitchenette and you have completely won me over. My last stay at an IHG hotel was when Wynston and I visited El Paso, TX in early September. I fell in love with Candlewood Suites and everything they had to offer. It was after that trip that I decided I wanted to continue exploring the country by way of IHG, which brought Wynston and I to Irving, TX to check out Staybridge Suites.
