We haven’t had another dog stay with us since we adopted McKenzie Rae in November 2015. McKenzie was working through a lot of fear issues for a while so if the opportunity presented itself to watch a dog overnight at our home, we declined. Now that our girl is more versed in the ways of the world and we have a much bigger house, we can once again open our doors to more dogs. When Matt’s friend texted him one evening to see if we could take his Pomeranian, Aina (pronounced “eye-nuh”), for about 24 hours, we briefly discussed it and agreed.
