The BlogPaws conference was the first “real” conference that I had ever attended. Before BlogPaws I never thought a conference could be so fun and life changing. Those concepts just didn’t go together for me. Let’s be real – those “life changing” conferences can cost upwards of $500-$1000 to attend. These big events are very expensive to put on, so it makes sense that tickets are a bit of the hefty side. However, a BlogPaws ticket only makes a slight dent in your wallet at a fraction of the mainstream conference price (check out specifics here). It’s a very small price considering how much the BlogPaws conference has to offer. Let me break it down for you.
Continuing on our Grain Free Journey with Wellness Core! #GrainFreeForMe
Wynston’s transition to Wellness® Core® grain free dog food has been a phenomenal process so far. Not only does Wynston love the food, but it’s been great to support our lifestyle. Recently I vowed to be more active with my dogs because Wynston was gaining weight. Since switching him to Wellness and hiking more often, he’s lost half a pound! I’m not saying that your dog will necessarily lose weight by eating this food, but it’s promoted a healthier outlook for us. With my boy on grain free food, I took it as an opportunity to really renew his health. It’s working and I couldn’t be happier!
Celebrating May with ‘Bark at the Park’ at Chase Field
Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, is now dog friendly! Every Sunday dogs are welcome to enjoy the game on the PetSmart Patio with their humans. While Chase Field is the first dog friendly Major League Baseball stadium in the country, they continue to hold an annual event called Bark at the Park. This year’s event was sponsored by PetSmart, Avoderm and Nylabone. We were lucky enough to be a part of it and I can’t wait until next year!
Happy National Tabby Day! #NationalTabbyDay
I’m in bed watching a movie. Joey is laying on his Armarkat kitty condo in front of the open window. It’s sunny and 74°. There’s a slight breeze. Joey’s sprawled over the top of the condo, his crazy paws resting in front of him. He’s chirping at the birds as he slowly closes his eyes with every burst of wind that picks up. Joey’s orange fur glistens in the sun as he goes for a big stretch. Joey is very special. I’ve never had a tabby cat in my life until 2012 when I adopted him. I didn’t think I’d ever have a disabled cat but I was lucky enough to find him!
