BlogPaws changed my life. I’m seriously not even joking when I say that. If it weren’t for BlogPaws, I’d probably still be a miserable person working in the corporate world at a tiring 9-5 job. No thanks. That life is not for me, and BlogPaws helped me realize that! Now I’m a full time pet blogger and I owe it to the hard work I’ve put into blogging, thanks to the inspiration and motivation I’ve received from the BlogPaws community. It’s been two years since Dog Mom Days was born. I started blogging on December 19, 2013. Little did I know that this “hobby” would turn into a full fledged career.

Recap: Day One of my New York City Trip!
I had never been to New York. The furthest East I had been in the United States was Pennsylvania – until Monday! I was given the opportunity by Purina to fly to NYC for the Better With Pets Summit and I jumped on it. I knew the summit would be amazing and my sister had just moved to Manhattan a couple weeks prior, so I figured it’d be the perfect time to connect with her. Although it was three days of insanity, it was absolutely amazing.

This is pretty much the best Tuesday ever. I woke up to an email from Purina with the subject line reading “Pack your bags – Purina Better With Pets Summit in NYC.” Is this really happening?! I already have high blood pressure…give me a break! Okay, don’t. I’m going to New York!
